Success Story of the Mobility Scheme

As of 2020, Vilnius CCIC and partners (the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Estonia, Armenia, and Georgia) have been implementing the Eurochambres-initiated project EU4Business: Connecting Companies. The consortium manages the creative industries sector. Starting from the beginning of 2023, we have initiated the implementation of a new project activity — the Mobility Programme. It is a business exchange programme that allows small and medium-sized enterprises and business support organisations from the Eastern Partnership countries, such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, to take part in exchanges in their host EU countries. The Programme aims to share good practices, knowledge, and business contacts and initiate new projects.
We hereby launch the Mobility Programme success stories series! After all, every success story can become an inspiration to others.
🇩🇪 🇺🇦 A recent exchange allowed two freelancers, Anna Martynenko from Germany and Oksana Grab from Ukraine, to share their knowledge and experience, establish new contacts, and discover new opportunities. Anna is a creative industry professional working in photography. Oksana’s field of activity is very broad: she sells furniture, lighting equipment and other household goods, provides tax advice and advertising services.
“Sharing both of our experiences and skills has helped me grow personally and professionally. The change in environment, the new contacts, and the city itself inspired new ideas and gave me ideas for future projects. My host Anna was kind enough to share with me her contacts who could also benefit my business. I’ve gained a lot of theoretical knowledge and also got to do a lot of practical work,” Oksana Grab excitedly discussed her experience with the project after her stay in Berlin, Germany.
“The exchange programme has led me to find the actual help I needed for my activities. Oksana helped me with some of the work as well. We also got the chance to exchange ideas on past and future projects. I really appreciate Oksana’s feedback and her approach to the tasks we take on together. I see this as an opportunity for me to grow as a mentor,” Anna Martynenko said, describing the benefits of participating in the project.
We hope this beautiful collaborative relationship will continue.
